What to Expect?
Passion for Fun
Our classes are typically 1 hour long and involve a warm-up, instruction of new steps and combinations, practice time, and a cool-down. We encourage a friendly and supportive atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable learning. Partner rotation is common in our classes, giving you the opportunity to dance with different people and develop your leading/following skills.
What to Wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of motion. For shoes, avoid anything too grippy like high-traction trainers. Leather-soled shoes or dance sneakers work well. As you progress, you might consider investing in proper dance shoes, but they are not necessary for beginners.
Do I need a partner?
No, you do not need a partner to join our classes or attend our social events. We often rotate partners in class, which is a great way to learn and meet new people. For social dancing, it's common to ask different people to dance.

“Love these classes, Maria has so much experience and is such a great teacher. The moves are fun and build upon each other so you really get a strong foundation knowledge of the basics. In the higher level you experiment with more dynamic moves which she breaks down amazingly.”
